The service
BestPerformance lets you import, organise and analyse cycling activities. Some features may evolve during beta as the product improves through user experience.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and tell us if you detect unauthorised access. Accounts are personal and must not be shared. During beta, the service is intended for adults.
Your activities
You retain all rights to the data and files you upload. You authorise us to store and process them only to provide BestPerformance, protect the service and follow your instructions. You must have the right to use every file you import.
Responsible use
You must not access other accounts, interfere with the service, bypass security limits, introduce malicious software, automate abusive use or use BestPerformance for unlawful purposes.
Sports information, not medical advice
Results and availability
Metrics depend on device quality, imported files and your profile settings. They may contain errors or estimates and should be interpreted carefully. We work to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation at all times.
BestPerformance property
The app, website, design, brand and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms grant no rights beyond personal use of the service.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may limit or suspend an account in case of security risk, abuse or a serious breach of these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
Liability and applicable law
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights. Otherwise, BestPerformance is liable within the limits permitted by law. Spanish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections and the courts available in your place of residence.
